In the video the rounds look beat from feeding multiple times. He has to put quite a bit of force to feed all the rounds. If it really is a Matrix rifle, can’t emphasize enough that talking to them is where I’d start.

I would check the space between the extractor and the bolt face. Is it chewing up the rim on your brass? Edit: Can you post a video?
