Welcome Paul, absolute wealth of information is available to you here. Lots of reputable outfitters can provide quotes if you have a list of specific animals. Wife and I have done both South Africa and Namibia, great experiences in each. Good luck with your choice.

Have bought several custom or semi-custom rifles, optics, suppressors and fur coats at SCI over several years in addition to booking hunts. Most have offered a show “discount”. Have even purchased Swift bullets because they were there and available.

I used the DAKA system recently on trip to Namibia. V800 vault with 2rifles. Kept everything secure, like OP said smaller blocks would be more versatile.
