I would agree except in places like Eastern Cape. My shots there were over 200 yards on average

I don’t know about hunting in November. It will be miserably hot during that time. If your fiancé likes relaxing she will love it. Nothing to do but hang out, drink wine and hunt. That time of year would be great for visiting southern Argentina with Ushuaia being the most popular.

Just booked my 2026 hunt through WTA. Going to Los Molles in La Pampa to hunt a 2 Red Stag package, One trophy and one management stag. I read @Green Chile hunt report from earlier this year and it was epic. Anyone else hunt at Los Molles or in La Pampa for Red stag?

Just my thoughts is funerals and burials are for the family not the person who died. If I die hunting, no matter by heart attack or by teeth of a predator or horns of a Buffalo it sure the hell beats dying drooling on myself in an old folks home.

After my first safari and getting too many mounted I would only get Euro mount on a Buffalo everything else just take pics. I would hire a cameraman again. Very reasonable and you get to share your experience with your friends and family.
