Owning Multiple Rifles from the Same Manufacturer?

I have 3 Tikkas, a 30-06, 6.5x55 and 223. After buying the first one, 6.5x55, and seeing how accurate it was I couldn't see past them. Fantastic value for money IMO.

    M96 6.5x55 problem with 160 grain loads

I am aware that the swede is .264 I was just trying to figure out what these .261 bullets were for but I have just seen online that RWS made 159gr .261 bullets for the mannlicher- schoenauer. I got a box of them in with a mixed batch of various 6.5 loading gear from someone that was giving it up.

    M96 6.5x55 problem with 160 grain loads

What was the outcome of this problem, I would be interested to know? This came up in a google search as I was looking up 6.5 bullet diameter. I have a box of RWS 6.5 160gr bullets that I was going to work up a load for in my 6.5x55 but when it came to seating the bullet it fell into the case...

More weight on a .30-06 rifle

I have a tikka t3x hunter with warne steel mounts and a schmidt and bender 8x56 and it weighs in at 8lb 6oz. I dont care for recoil but it really is not bad to shoot. The schmidt and bender scope is a heavy scope, I reckon with a leupold 2-7x33 or similar you wont be much more than 7 1/2 lb.

    New scope has arrived

The rifle is a cabelas special edition 1 of 200, made in 2012 to commemorate 100 years of 375H&H. It's a super grade made to pre 64 spec. I weighed it today with the scope, sling and 3 bullets and it came in at 10lb 12oz. I cant get over how little recoil there is, it fits me like a glove and...

    New scope has arrived

I had good news yesterday from the police, the restrictions they had put on my licence regarding the 375H&H has been removed. When my licence came back after applying for the 375 it came back with 2 restrictions, firstly I couldn't fire the weapon at all in the UK and secondly it couldn't leave...

    New edition to the cabinet

I will do. Where I live (tiny island in the north sea) there is no ammunition available, the gun shop has ordered some but I have no idea when it will arrive. I almost have everything I need to reload for it, just waiting on a shell holder and case trimmer to arrive then i will be able to load...

    New edition to the cabinet

I heard back from Winchester today. The rifle was made in 2012. Cabelas had 200 of them made to commemorate 100 years of the 375 H&H.

Which rifle do we crown as the best looking ever?

Living where I do I had never seen a m70 in the flesh, now that i have my m70 super grade i cant stop looking at it, they really are stunning rifles. A good friend of mine has a fantastic collection of Tolley big bore shotguns and I could spend all day looking at that shotguns. Beautifully...

    New edition to the cabinet

Not sure, the gun fits me so well that the irons come up absolutely spot on. If I do put a scope on it will probably be a zeiss v6 in quick release rings.

    New edition to the cabinet

Thank you for all the comments. I would appreciate any info anyone can get as all I know so far is that a gun collector flew it over her to the UK at some point and it was reproofed for the UK. The serial number is 35CZY00920. I have emailed cabelas and winchester, I will share any info I get.
