Well, you might want to check and be sure he's still alive. That's happened before .... a guy ships his rifle or pistol to a 'smith for some custom work and there's a long wait due to the complexity of the project or a backlog from early work. Then one day, suddenly, the 'smith croaks. :eek...

Not only that, …. but we also need to see evidence of round-count (i.e., number of actual rounds fired), pics of targets to indicate zeroing and accuracy with the iron sights, and a statement as to the number and species of animals taken with said rifle.

I shoot only coated hardcast bullets in my pistols (.45 & 10mm), and only coated and gas-checked bullets in my rifles. No leading issues. In fact I’ve had great accuracy and no leading out of my 10mm Glock 40’s factory barrel (6.2”) with SNS Castings coated 220grn FN slugs.

Just FYI, …. but for those who don’t, or can’t, reload I recently got re-stocked on Underwood’s Range Supply (RS) 10mm 180grn FMJ ammo. UW’s ‘box flap’ spec for this load is 1250fps, which is upper mid-range for the ubiquitous 180grn bullet-weight. It’s great practice fodder for the serious...
