Agreed. If a fellow already had .375 covered in a CRF rifle, What would be the best overall chambering for a larger caliber in a proper Double Rifle?

It’s tempting me & I shoot with a can 99% of the time. Is the base steel or aluminum?

I know it’s sacrilege, But What should I do to better my clearances on this Ruger .375? the #4 item, the bolt modification? Change to al lower powered scope that will have a smaller adjustment knob? Change the mounts? There’s just not enough clearance with the scope currently.

That’s why the 2-10x36 is on it. Back to the OP, 1-6 or 2-10 for a 375?

The NXS 5.5-22x56 is a little heavy for a lite weight whitetail rifle, especially when there’s a 2-10x36 Credo available.

And I believe The French being the French they had no intention of doing so.

I bought Leupolds only for years & then I bought 1 NF. After buying a few of these Trijicon Credos someone else now uses the Leupolds & the old NF is relegated to bench gun work because it’s so heavy.

You can get the Accupoints also but I’ve grown fond of these Credos. I can’t really find something wrong with them at their price point.

It will likely be another one of the 3 that I linked as I’ve already got a 1-6 & a 2-10 & like them both. I was looking for more of opinions in those classes, or other options that are illuminated & mil/mil. Thanks for your feedback.
