Take the bolt out. Put both guns into soft cases. Remove one layer of foam and put soft cased guns in the pelican case.

I’ve killed a few Elk with a 300wsm. It worked just fine.

Suppressors on 26” barrels are certainly a challenge and what you describe to a tee. I’ve found that by cutting the barrel down to 20” and adding a 6 inch suppressor I have the perfect rifle. I get my hearing back, very limited concussion, reduced recoil, and most importantly I get to spot...
