There are still lots of standard 98 bolts around although somewhat more expensive than they once were, it is possible to buy one, and you can probably sell the one you have for the same money. 98 Mauser rifles with matching parts are rare as they were mostly all overhauled by various armories...
Personally converting Mauser 98’s to 375 just makes a wonderful classic rifle, any action made before 1920 or so should be re heat treated, that said once done they are as good or better than anything out there
Woodhaven real hen has been my go to call for years, and I have several pot calls, primos power crystal titanium is my favorite with those, I use a lynchs jet (grandpa’s) for soft tree talk, there’s more stuff in my vest than I care to talk about
No need to seat it deeper unless you want to crimp them, and as long as they fit in your magazine.
Could be the cases are trimmed a bit short, nothing to worry about there either.
