    Where for Chamois?

I'm looking for a Chamois hunt this year also, Right now France is my top choice, however, there's hunts in Spain and Austria that I'm looking at also. I'm attending DSC and SCI to see what's available and book for October.

I use leupold rings on all my SAKOs (6 of them), Yes, absolutely bed it. It's super easy, and the action will not move or shift!

The ebolt is a typo, no matter how many proof reads I do...... Mine's an AV 375 H&H I bought new in the mid 80's. I've shot it some (Not a gun you shoot a lot) Worked up handloads, etc. Before this season I was sighting in a bunch of rifles and this one, (on the second shot) locked up...

Own a few. One thing to note, My 375 H&H locked up solid (not hunting - sighting in) turns out its a fairly common problem with the spring inside the ebolt guide. Got mine upgraded just glad it didn't happen on a hunt. You can Google it. A guy in AK has a bunch of springs so he sent me one.

NEW ZEALAND: Has Anyone Hunted With Kent Kaiser Of New Zealand?

Looks like he's an agent out of Michigan, not the actual Guide/Outfitter. I'm curious now, as NZ is a hunt I want but prices are high and the travel involved from Eastern US. I'm sure he has references, and I'm sure he uses local guides/Outfitters.

    We bought some land

No need to cross fingers, it works all over!! Luckily the land joining mine was clear cut so it'snot hunting like it was, I'd let deer walk and they'd shoot them.
