ok The outfitter we're using in south Africa has never mentioned anything about a tax. There is so much I don't know about hunting out of the country.

I have never shot a animal with Barnes bullets. Honestly never even shot a Barnes bullet. Is there any difference between the TSX and TTSX other than the tip? Is one constructed stronger than the other?
