I recently upgraded my Dakota 375 with a Swarovski z6 1.7x10x42 illuminated. Pricey scope but wow what an upgrade. I bought a new Leupold 1x6 illuminated for my 416. Don’t have it mounted yet but I think it too will be much more effective!

I had a Cz 404 Jeff……not really sure why I even sold it….:(. The big bore bite had subsided I guess and now it’s back!

Great rifle! I have a pre 64 model 70 supergrade. Going to the Eastern Cape in June. Sadly, I won’t be taking it as I have Eland on the menu so it will be my Dakota 375 and Brno 7x57. I shoot 200 grain Nosler Partitions out of mine.

I think these Dakotas are really undervalued. I have 2, a Safari in 7mm Mag and the African in 375. Superb in every way. A traveler for 6k? You’re wasting time on this board! Go pick it up! :)
