Yes, look up Specialty Restaurants Corp, they are listed there. Dave was one of the founders, he also formed MARC - Military Aircraft Restoration Corp to manage his aircraft collection. His collection included flyers and recovered wrecks. Dave passed in 2007.

    Big hello from Texas

Welcome. Where are you in Texas and what size are you? I just went thru my closet and to my surprise discovered my wife must have washed a bunch of my gear in super hot water which resulted in them shrinking a few sizes.

One of my early jobs was flying Viscounts. There was a company based in Burbank, CA who used them to fly bands on tours throughout North America. The Viscount was well suited for the operation.

I remember them well. Dave Tallichet, the founder, was a good friend and had quite a collection of WWII airplanes.

Who shoots a 6.5 creedmoore ? I just don’t get it for anything bigger than deer size game and super close shots

I have a Hill Country 6.5 Creedmoore, primarily a range gun; but I used it on an antelope at 352 yds. He was standing still, head forward towards me, with enough angle to get a line across both shoulders. 147 gr Hornaday ELD Match - 2695 fps - hit just ahead of the left shoulder and exited just...
