I'm headed to SAfrica in a couple weeks and am going to meet up with a PH for a couple days of hunting while I'm there. The lodge he's associated with has a nightly rate and he also charges a daily rate. The daily rate makes me less feel less motivated to tip him. Am I wrong to feel that way?
With my ADD, I stick to folding utility knives. I've donated way too many real knives to people wishing they could be lucky enough to find something cool in the woods. I have a couple real knives I leave in my hunting pack so they'll last at least a few years.
Interesting! So if that's the case, how many chromosomes are you likely to see in hybrids? Is the difference in the number of chromosomes something that has evolved over the centuries or is it from selective breeding? Do you think domestics and wild boars should actually be considered different...
Do you think there is really a difference genetically in wild pigs and domestic pigs? Everything I've read until now says no but I just came across this article where the Japanese are claiming differently.

Public hunting is a challenge. Public hunting in TX is for people who like dropping their odds even lower.
Of course that varies depending on the WMA/NWR etc. But it's usually hard to find higher hunting pressure.
