Just out of curiosity, how do you like the 30R Blaser? How does it shoot/recoil? Do you find it difficult to find ammo or reloading components? Very nice collection you have.

I think you will have a remarkable time with Conrad and the team. Prepare yourself for a lot of laughs! As for the tiger fishing, neither of us are serious fishermen, so I can offer up no advice. Again, the fishing day was one spent BBQ'ing, relaxing and laughter.

I did my first Buffalo hunt with Conrad and the rest of the team at Mpeti last September. A fantastic operation, and location.

My wife is a Brit, and I have subsequently made a lot of friends while visiting her family. One of my new friends took me and two others on a walking pub crawl of London. We managed to hit each one of the 10 oldest pubs in London, and enjoyed a glass or two at each stop. What a day....

I use the Meopta range finding binos. Nice clear glass. A bit of a sleeper, I would say.

Mine likes 400 gr North Forks at 2200 fps. Accurate, mild(ish) recoil, and I was very pleased with the results on Buffalo.

I have that exact Meopta 6x42 fixed power, down to the German #4 reticle. I really like how simple and easy the sight picture is. Mine is mounted on my BRNO 7x57, and I took a nice buck with it at 150m this past fall, right at opening shooting light.

I own a version of this rifle as well. Mine is chambered in .308/.308 with a nice little Leupold 1-5 mounted on it. It came with a set of 20ga/20ga barrels too. The rifle is easy to regulate for, and pretty accurate. I was thinking that the setup would make for a really nice Moose hunting...
