I dont like cheek pieces on hard kicking guns .My 416s without cheek pieces are way smoother to shoot .The kevelar stocked one I have has a little cheek piece wish it had none .It kicks way less than my model 70 in 416 rem mag and weighs 2 pounds less .

Just pratice alot to make sure all goes well and shoot to 100 yards .I have a 1886 in 45-70 from japan too awesome rifles .I trust them a zillion times more than a marlin 4570
I used mostly 200 to 240 gr 44 mag hp bullet .The maxium was 100 grains for that rifle with my primer adapters .It was a 125 maxium range rifle with the adjustible double site express sites .I think a 1x5 scope might be better but 1.5 inches with both barrels 6 shots at 75 yards is awesome .
I have shot out to 450 yards very easy that was on trotting caribou .I want to be able to shoot to 1000 yards .I have deer to pratice on to 650 yards so will try some of those before caribou .
Those are fun rifles to shoot .I have double ecpress sites on mine and double small primer adapters on it .It goes off instantly .It shoots 1.5 inches at 76 yards
