    I have a few friends who hunt here locally in SA. I can tell you that 2 of them have rifles gathering dust in a safe because they always just grab the 375H&H. You can shoot everything from Springbok to Buffalo and not change load or ammo. The meat damage is really actually minimal in the softer...

    ...and after 5 pages you know what really makes the most sense? Get a 308 Winchester, develop a 150grain load for day to day hunting and stretching the legs and a 180grain load for when you need a bit more wallop. And go enjoy it...

    Speak to Henno at Dream Team, they can arrange to hunt a property near Douglas Northern Cape for Aoudad. We saw a few impressive animals there in April.

    Hi All Newbie that has been lurking for months now, figured it is time for an intro... I do a fair amount of wing shooting and clay pigeon club shoot once a month. I try hunt plains game yearly, walk and stalk strictly, shooting a 308.
