I've been working very hard to get to 80 lbs and finally did (safely). I'm wanting to make sure I'm using the correct form when drawing it back? I've been using high shoulder high arm and elbow but try not to go to high. Some people say high shoulder isn't good some say it's the correct way...
Dr. Warren strickland shoots a 100 lb bow. My buddy mike shoots a 90 lb proline point blank bow. And there both pretty up in age. It's all about working out and pulling with the correct technique and form and staying in shape to handle that much poundage.
