My suggestions for a 10k budget in Europe: Beceite Ibex + Aoudad in Spain. Red Stag + Mouflon in Bulgaria. Most likely you will go home with 2 great trophies in the bronze medal range. I would prefer this approach to 1 gold medal trophy.
