I respectfully disagree. Big game hunters, using calibres of .375 or greater, need more eye relief than most manufacturers are providing in their scopes. I wouldn't mount a scope with an eye relief of only 3.7" on a .375. See my other comments about eye relief in the post reply above.
The Z8 only has an eye relief of 95mm (3.75") which is a LOT less than the 120mm (4.7") that the Z6i 1-6x EE version had. So there is about 25mm (1") difference in eye relief. I wouldn't consider anything under 100mm (4") eye relief for even a .375 and for .416 or similiar, you really do need...
