From the pics I see there's nothing on the left side of the barrel besides the caliber. Here's a pic of the rifle.

It's not mine, just thinking about it. The only barrel marking I can see is this.

Does anyone know much about these rifles in 375 hh? I've heard there's a custom shop version and a later version. Is there a way to tell what it is? What are the differences?

There's a used stainless Remington 700 375 H&H synthetic stock for sale close to the house that I might go look at. The guy isn't very informative on his description of the rifle, but I was wondering what you guys thought it would be worth. Are the stainless 700s in 375 rare? Does anyone know...

Does anyone know which round will give better velocities out of a 18" barrel with 250 grain bullets? It's hard finding velocity data for shorter barrels with these rounds.

I'm about to rebarrel a tikka 30-06 to a 9.3x62. I'm wanting something shorter because I'm going to suppress it. Will I regret getting a 18" barrel vs a 20"? The suppressor is 7" long and 10 oz.
