I think it’s reasonable. I would give more to the PH and trackers. Your proposed tips are very similar to what I recently gave minus the driver on a combo ele & buff hunt but the total hunt cost was 1/3 of what you will be paying.

Maybe? AHR has been out of the customizing CZ 550/Brno business for awhile. I have one and like it a lot but I wouldn’t consider it in the 10-12k realm for an asking price. They were in the 4-6k range depending on the work previously done. That’s a big jump!

No shade directed at AHR rifles, I have one Brno so customized, but I’m noticing a substantial increase in asking prices for AHR customized rifles, almost doubling from a couple years ago. They don’t seem to be moving. The market will dictate I guess.

This is an interesting rifle from a custom builder names E.R. Shaw, a 458 Lott with their Mark VII action. I believe it’s a highly modified Savage 110 action and it’s a push feed I believe. Looks like the muzzle break is threaded and screws off. I’ve never heard of them before? $2200 buy now...
