All of my rifles shown above were customized and/or tuned by my friend
Todd Johnson, proprietor of Lone Star Armory in Pearland, Texas. He also did the preservation / restoration work on Osa Johnson's Mauser 9.3x62 rifle. Terry Wieland asked Todd to build a rifle to be showcased in his book,
Dangerous-Game Rifles, Second Edition ©2009, which resulted in a .375 H&H rifle built on a FN Supreme action. Todd also restored Wieland’s Savage Model 1899-H .22 Savage Hi-Power which was featured in the article “A New Life for the Imp” in the September 2011 issue of
Rifle Magazine.
--- Todd Edward Johnson, Mar 14, 1959 - Sep 17, 2020. Rest in peace, my friend.
