RL16 will work well in any application where H4350 works. RL16 is superior to H4350 in every way, except price and availability. If RL16 is available to you in bulk, I advise that you buy all of it you can afford.

I am a fan of the Interarms Mark X. They are very good actions and offer a great deal of value for the money. IMO, $950 is a little on the high side, but not unreasonable. You will be getting a solid rifle for your money.

The height of my toolbox allows me to do my reloading from the seated position. Use of a my mobile reloading kit (the one in the ammo box) allows me to use a desk or any flat surface.

I also have a mobile reloading kit that fits in a plastic ammo box. Not pictured is the Lee Hand Press that is normally also in this box.
