I used a Nosler Accubond in a .375 and it was very effective.

Agreed, all three are great calibers for eland. I would probably choose the .338 as it is the most powerful and has the flattest trajectory. I would also use 250 grain bullets because I think they are a nice combo of sectional density and flat shooting.
