Thank you both. The volume part makes sense of why I'm not seeing it. I've got some RL 15 that I will try.

I've looked everywhere I can think of and cannot find a starting and max load for this combo. All the literature stops at 300gr for IMR 4350, and separately Sierra doesn't have that powder listed with that bullet. Any help is appreciated!
