To provide an update, CBSA investigated the matter and determined that 6 days of delay was due to their error and have agreed to reimburse me for those storage fees. I was quite surprised with that outcome. However, there was a total of 20 days storage fees and much of the delay was apparently...

You’re right, it’s possible that it was out of their control. I’m going to file a complaint with CBSA once I’ve secured my trophies. That should shed some light on it. Also, everyone keeps saying Coppersmith. I think the broker is Cole International.
