Recently found Grohmann Knives. Their #2 feels comfortable in my hand. Bought a #1 as well but will shape the blunt end of the scales near the blade for better feel. I opted for the carbon blade in flat grinds. We’ll see how well they hold a edge and resharpen.

Refinishing some thin spots in the finish on my 375 H&H Whitworth stock. I’m considering sendingbit to Mr. Renner (Old African Rifles) to give some life to the tattered stock.

I took my Eland using a single shot TC Encore in 300 Win Mag with a 180 grain Nosler Accubond. Front shoulder and piled up. I would think shot placement over caliber with anything 30-06 and above.

Bev Doolittle, Robert Rucker and Darhart Windberg. Rucker is a Louisiana artist and Windberg is a Texas artist. Doolittle has interesting artwork, some natural camoflauge (The Forest Has Eyes, The Wind Has Wings and Music in the Wind) and whimsical (Respect).

Heat, then potentially a Dremel cutoff wheel to cut a slot in the screw head then use a flat blade screwdriver to get some torque on the stuck screw after heating it. If needed put some vice grips on the shank of the screwdriver for more torque.

416 Taylor. Standard length action, brass, dies and barrels are readily available. 400 grain bullets are enough for buff provided you do your part with your first shot. Built one and looking to take my second buff in 2027.
