Has anyone used these on Cape buffalo or elephant?

I used factory ammo on a lioness and female Cape buffalo. Pass through on the Buffalo, and dead with one shot, same with the lion. I also shot animals from warthog up to Kudu. Well made bullet, and didn’t recovered a single one.

My CB. 58 yards off the sticks, one shot. Recovered bullet and it looks like a Barnes commercial.

I hand loaded the 350’s and used them on my 2014 Buff. Very effective at 60 yards. High quartering front shoulder shot hit the spine because he went straight down. Used them on my Giraffe too. Same effect. One shot in the neck and he went straight down. Follow up shots were just finishing in the heart (2) each at close range. I’ll have to check the powder and load…

I also used them on Sable and Zebra too…

I bought more of the 300's. Thanks!

Which is "better" for buffalo? 300 or 350?
I have 300 Gr loaded, but haven’t used them. I also don’t know how fast the 350’s are…

I realize how hard the bug has bit. I’m on the cusp of safari #2 and I’m looking to plan #3 with my 11 year old a year from now while looking at my work schedule for overtime and computing the math of how many shifts are needed….
