Kent Rollins is one of my favorite sources for cooking outdoors while on the trail. He cooks from an actual chuckwagon on actual round ups. He and his wife make an amazing team. What are some of your outdoor recipes?

Kent has some great recipes. His cowboy baked beans is a favorite. Just don’t over do the chipotle peppers in adobo sauce.
Like him, I prefer to cook over coals in of briquettes.

Pizza is always great. I need to do it while the kids are home from college Now. Video is a little hard to watch, but his dough recipe is great. They have a number of good recipes. I prefer their version of the Mountain Man Breakfast as well.

Biscuits and gravy is one of my favorites. I think it is pretty self explanatory.

The recipes for the cheesy tators and pineapple upside down cake are from Lodge.

Most of my camp oven and spider skillet collection. The skillets are on the left side. The handles are a little hard to see in the pic.

This is one of my favorite recipe books. Looks like it has been updated since I bought this one. Cover is different and probably more recipes.

I thought the rattlesnake added a great deal of adventure to making cookies on a campfire.

I'm unfortunately on a diet. Presently in VA hospital as Agent Orange finally caught up with me. Cancer and I no longer can speak. If all goes well I'll be out of here and back home in Thailand by end of July. Tough road but I'm a tough old guy. I'll make it that hunt.

Nice one there. I guided for mulies and elk for about 10 or so years in northern New Mexico.

Business is the only way to fly. I'm headed to SA August 25. I'm hoping that business isn't an arm and a leg. If you don't mind, what airline and the cost for your trip. Mine will be convoluted. I'll be flying into the states to pick up my 416 Rigby as Thailand doesn't allow firearms (pay no attention to the daily shootings and killings) so I'll have 2 very long trips.
