Is this a Made in Japan scope?
I have 2 other non-illuminated 1.5-5x Weavers. They were made in Japan, at LOW, Light Optical Works.
Extremely solid scopes, with great optics.

Good Luck With the Sale.

yes they were made in japan, just replaced the battery in the illuminator and the green is not working andn the red works on every other click. just for full disclosure, i guess i could send it back under warranty. it is priced accordingly. i never use illuminated reticles.

reticle is a crosshair with suspended dot , not a german #4
turns out it is a red only 1-9 red dot no green provision.

I realize how hard the bug has bit. I’m on the cusp of safari #2 and I’m looking to plan #3 with my 11 year old a year from now while looking at my work schedule for overtime and computing the math of how many shifts are needed….

I'd like to get some too.

My wife (a biologist, like me) had to have a melanoma removed from her arm last fall.

Hallo Marius- do you have possibilities for stags in September during the roar? Where are your hunting areas in Romania?
