SAA firearms international fees lowered???

My partner just paid the fees in advance for 2 rifles which was the expected $100/rifle/per leg. That's $400U.S. for us Canadians which I would have much rather have spent on gratuities. Yesterday I was looking at the SAA website and I see the international gun fees is now listed at $65U.S.. Has anyone paid this new lower rate ? I am guessing with this new fee numerous flight itinerary changes were made to cancel flights with SAA so they decided to lower the fee...Sure hope we can recover about $140US ....

The $65 USD is more in line with what other carrier that are doing the same.
