Hi. I got this photo from one of my trail cameras. How many inches would he be? Thanks.

Very hard to say but in think 16 is darn close!

About 140 mega pixels :D
Or 15 inches

File size, good one

Hard to tell, but looks like he has a nice shape!

Grainy photo, but this is an old bushbuck and definitely a top trophy.

Minimum 15 inches, with 16 probably being the closest guess. The mass he carriers quite high up and it seems he still has quite a lot of tip left which could push him as high as 17 inches.

Difficult to accurately judge from this photo.

Hard to tell with the pic, I would say 15” or so.

There is one sure method. Wait until sunrise......

If that is the tip of the horn I see in the picture he maybe pushing just over 16 on that one side. He is heavy at the bases but that tip looks pointed and not worn off yet so maybe at his prime and over that 16" mark. All depends on hard the spiral is also and just cant see that in that picture.

I know I would like to shot it and see how big his is.

I would shoot it, no doubt !

Well he is big enough, shoot!!!!

I agree with the posts above around 16", he has good mass.

15.5

I'm unfortunately on a diet. Presently in VA hospital as Agent Orange finally caught up with me. Cancer and I no longer can speak. If all goes well I'll be out of here and back home in Thailand by end of July. Tough road but I'm a tough old guy. I'll make it that hunt.

Nice one there. I guided for mulies and elk for about 10 or so years in northern New Mexico.

Business is the only way to fly. I'm headed to SA August 25. I'm hoping that business isn't an arm and a leg. If you don't mind, what airline and the cost for your trip. Mine will be convoluted. I'll be flying into the states to pick up my 416 Rigby as Thailand doesn't allow firearms (pay no attention to the daily shootings and killings) so I'll have 2 very long trips.
