Where did you buy the hunt?
How much did you pay for it?

I looked at the rule what do i need to do? Ask permission to sell?

"All pertinent information is required, including outfitter name and where the hunt will take place if different than your company name as well as the area(s) where the hunt will be conducted. All costs MUST be stated, detailing what is included and not included, plus the discounted prices."

I recommend typing up the info on the flyer or at minimum redoing the photo. Plus adding info like what auction and when you purchased it, and any other relevant info etc. You don't need to ask permission to sell.

Thanks for the info, the flyer has all the info so I could just take a better pic of it and it would be good,

You'll be lucky if someone gives you $2000 for it.

If they the hopeful seller would take another picture and give some info it might be helpful...though sort of think it wont happen.

You won the auction but have you checked with the outfitter to see if its transferable?

You won the auction
I always thought this was a bit of odd terminology. I have bought a lot of stuff at auction over the years, but never used the term "won" until it started popping up in on-line auction sites such as ebay or gunbroker.

You have to be very careful that in "winning",,,,,,,,, you're not really losing. :cautious::whistle::oops::confused:

Most of the time the items are non-transferable. That keeps guys from buying and reselling for profit at the outfitter expense.

those 4 animals are all $300 animals. the hunter gets to shoot 2.
3 days, 2 nights? worth at most $500, but really less as the person won't hunt 3 full days.
$4000 for a hunt worth $1000-1100.
Why bother?

I'm unfortunately on a diet. Presently in VA hospital as Agent Orange finally caught up with me. Cancer and I no longer can speak. If all goes well I'll be out of here and back home in Thailand by end of July. Tough road but I'm a tough old guy. I'll make it that hunt.

Nice one there. I guided for mulies and elk for about 10 or so years in northern New Mexico.

Business is the only way to fly. I'm headed to SA August 25. I'm hoping that business isn't an arm and a leg. If you don't mind, what airline and the cost for your trip. Mine will be convoluted. I'll be flying into the states to pick up my 416 Rigby as Thailand doesn't allow firearms (pay no attention to the daily shootings and killings) so I'll have 2 very long trips.
