For Sale Savage M99F .308 (1957) With Period El Paso Weaver 4X

After the Colts and the Winchesters have been gobbled up, the 99's are still available.....congrats to the lucky buyer.................It is a worthwhile goal to get the four Savage proprietary calibers.......300 Sav, 250-3000, 22 High Power, and 303 Savage. But actually, the 308 is a little more useful..................FWB

Speaking of the 22 Hi-Power....I have 600 or so of the Hornady 70 grain bullets in my stash...but no Hi-Power!

I have 3 22HP's, one collector, one shooter, one junker, but no bullets..............the unusual bore of the Imp.....using .227 or .228 bullets did not lend to easy reloading. The .224 63 grain Sierra Semi-Spitzer does OK.....just OK..........let me know if you are willing to part with some bullets.....FWB

Hi Joshlee0518 (please let me know if you are fine being addressed like that),

Thought I would drop you a PM. It is super exciting to plan a hunt and we are more than happy to assist you. Have you given any thought yet to which species you would like to take?

What do you hunt usually and which weapons/calibers are you using?

Look forward to swapping experiences and ideas.

Happy hunting - Daniel

Is this rifle sold? If not what is the weight of it and do you know if there is enough difference in diameter between the 35W and the 9.3 to allow for a rebore to a 9.3x62 which is what I am after?
Thanks,
Gary (Just down the road in Springfield)
