Good afternoon, everyone.
I'm trying to raise some cash for a new rifle and downsize my collection a bit, and so I've got some items up for sale here. Anything can be shipped (firearms to FFL, of course) but I'd very much like to try doing local sales to members if at all possible. PMs are open for details on location etc.
We've got...
RIFLES:
A Springfield "Trapdoor" Cavalry Carbine by Pedersoli. Chambered in .45-70 Gov't (trapdoor pressures). Like new out of the box, has never been fired. Case-colored breech & buttplate, the rest is blued. Cimarron retailer markings plus Pedersoli markings on the 22" round barrel. Saddle ring & walnut stock. Modern-made copy of an antique cartridge firearm, must go to FFL if shipped. Asking $1500USD.
A Swedish m/96 Mauser rifle. Chambered in 6.5x55mm Swedish. Milsurp condition, made in 1899 at Carl Gustafs Stads weapons factory. 29" barrel, all numbers matching. Blued finish has wear, some rust speckling/discoloration after over 100 years. Stock has dings and some dents; stock disc is present. Holes in stock suggest some sort of plate was tacked into one side. Has been in my possession for nearly 20 years, has not been fired in that time. Vintage but unfortunately 1 year past the 1898 antique cutoff. Can be shipped to Curio & Relic holders or to FFL. Asking $650USD.
OTHER:
A WWII German Luftschutz/Civil Defense Helmet. Shell only and liner rivets, no liner. Appears to be mid-war production. Three-piece steel construction with rolled edge, but uneven rim and off-center ventilation holes. Semi-glossy black paint has scuffs and lacks any decals. Factory second or rushed production? Priced $100USD.
A Spanish M1942/79 Model Z Helmet. Complete with 1979-pattern updated liner and chinstrap. Patterned after the M40 revision of the Nazi German Stahlhelm and made of steel. OD green paint has chipping and scuffs. Bracket on front for attaching emblems. Likewise $100USD.
A US PASGT Kevlar Helmet. Size large, complete with liner. Circa 1980s-1990s, black textured paint on outside with green kevlar-layered interior. Designed for ballistic threat up to IIIA, but this helmet is several decades old and ballistic protection is not guaranteed. $80USD.
A Swiss Army Rucksack. Rubberized canvas and leather, has all the straps et cetera that I know of. Plenty of carrying capacity. Military surplus condition, leather likely needs some softening-up. $80USD.
Additional photos can be sent upon request and again, PMs are open for questions or location info.
Thanks for your interest,
