I love this rifle but I’ve got so many right now it just sits in the safe so down the road it goes. This rifle started life as a nib browning miroku(no tang safety) that was sent to Dennis Olson in MT who put a deluxe style Winchester red pad on it, checkered the stock, added a barrel band sling swivel and NECG banded front sight as well as a Skinner Express sight mounted on the bolt, a dovetail blank has been added where the rear sight was. All in I have $1500 in this project and that’s what I am asking for it shipped. I also have over 60 Rds of hornady 180gr factory ammo I’ll throw in the deal. I have a box but it’s not original as the box is marked 30-06.

Very nice! Have the same rifle but still all factory, good shooter too!(y)

Congrats to both of you. That’s a very nice rifle and the embellishments over stock really add to the tradition of the rifle. Well executed improvements.

Congratulations on a nice acquisition Tim!

I am digging this rifle.

Had it out with the 32-20 and the Sharps 45-70.

Cartridges: 1873, 1882 and 1892 (I think).

Rifles: 1874, 1892 and 1895.

Two of three were shooting cast.

Yup...luddite.

Love the '95!

I realize how hard the bug has bit. I’m on the cusp of safari #2 and I’m looking to plan #3 with my 11 year old a year from now while looking at my work schedule for overtime and computing the math of how many shifts are needed….

I'd like to get some too.

My wife (a biologist, like me) had to have a melanoma removed from her arm last fall.

Hallo Marius- do you have possibilities for stags in September during the roar? Where are your hunting areas in Romania?
