Kyrgyzstan has become a famous destination for big game hunters seeking the famous Marco Polo sheep and Ibex. Marco Polo sheep average 51-52 inches with occasional 60 inches trophy taken.

Hunting season begins each year from August 15 and continues until December 1 and again starts from January 1 to March 1.
Tour duration - 14 days including 10 days of pure hunting.

Schedule of hunting:
Day 1 - Arrival and transfer to hunting camp, accommodation
Day 2 - Sight in rifle, rest, walk and acclimatization
Days 3-12 - Hunt for Marco Polo Sheep and Ibex (if desired)
Day 13 - Return to Bishkek, accommodation in hotel
Day 14 - Tour in Bishkek, return flight home
Schedule of hunting is very flexible and can be changed at the request of the hunter-tourist.
Hunters are provided with all necessary documents for import and export of personal weapons and ammunition, and permits for wild animals hunting. Hunters are issued the necessary documentation for the export of trophies (veterinary certificate, trophy list, permission to re-export trophy CITES, etc.).

I'm unfortunately on a diet. Presently in VA hospital as Agent Orange finally caught up with me. Cancer and I no longer can speak. If all goes well I'll be out of here and back home in Thailand by end of July. Tough road but I'm a tough old guy. I'll make it that hunt.

Nice one there. I guided for mulies and elk for about 10 or so years in northern New Mexico.

Business is the only way to fly. I'm headed to SA August 25. I'm hoping that business isn't an arm and a leg. If you don't mind, what airline and the cost for your trip. Mine will be convoluted. I'll be flying into the states to pick up my 416 Rigby as Thailand doesn't allow firearms (pay no attention to the daily shootings and killings) so I'll have 2 very long trips.
