Re-regulate your Sabatti double rifle?

I now know about two or three guys who are re-regulating Sabatti double rifles at a very reasonable price. And, if you happen to have a Sabatti with the muzzle rifling ground or filed away, they can be cut back to sound rifling; re-regulated.
