The aboriginal men use a simple but effecient stuff to hunt that is a stringshoot. Although it is small, it has a huge strength. The aboriginal man could shoot the bird that is on the top of the tree or far away. Thanks to hunting experiences and far shooting skill, the men gained quite a lot of preys, they were chubby fat birds.

Unique bird baking method

First of all, they remove all feathers and internal organs.

Then, the birds were clamped by 2 rods as the modern grilles

After that, they was baked on charcoal, only charcoal without fire. The bird has thin meat and easy to be burned so that when baking, you need to flip evenly to be well bake. Remember not hold one side for a long time because it can be burned.

After around 30 minutes baking with charcoal, the birds were begining to be cooked, you could see the dark yellow of the skin and the delicious smell of baked birds

When look at the two men enjoying the baked birds, that made the others crave.

I realize how hard the bug has bit. I’m on the cusp of safari #2 and I’m looking to plan #3 with my 11 year old a year from now while looking at my work schedule for overtime and computing the math of how many shifts are needed….
