on a lighter note...

If I kept track of how many times my wife loses her phone in the house, and the amount of time we spend looking for it, it would be in weeks. :ROFLMAO:
+1! She: "Have you seen my phone?" Me: "No, why would I know where your phone is at because I don't use it?". She: "Call it then with your phone". This happens at least a couple of times a week. LOL

I would call my wife's phone, but her phone would be on silent mode. :A Bang Head: Why can't the new phones be equipped with some type of tracking device; our life would be so much better. :ROFLMAO:

When I get another Yellow Lab, I'm going to train that dog to find her phone. Maybe I'm on to something here. Yup, I'll train dogs to find your wife's missing phone. Sh*t, I can make a boat load of money doing this. :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

I go through this a lot. I am asked to call the phone and the phone is on silent. I won’t name names, I will just say it isn’t me.
I do not have my phone with me much unless I am actually using it. When I have left it in some part of the house, my watch finds my phone for me even if it’s in silent.
I should glue an AirTag to his phone.

One time, I thought I lost my phone or left it at work. I had already worked 11 days straight, and had to work the next day also. I went out to look in my truck for my phone. It was dark. I spent nearly 10 minutes outside in the dark, searching for my phone (wait for it)……with my phone’s flashlight.
I looked around all embarrassed. Although none of the neighbors knew or cared what I was doing, I still walked into the house with my face burning from embarrassment. I immediately went to take a nap before my next shift started.:ROFLMAO:
Yep, watched my wife search frantically for her glasses for ten minutes. I finally gave in and mentioned they might be on her head. Couldn't buy a hug for 2 days.

Happens at least once a week here…

We won’t even start down the road of lost phones on silent.. or how it’s gone so far as to having to replace said phone (more than once) only to have it show up a few days later…

This gets a workout in my home. As soon as the question arises I "play a sound" and they can go find it.

I take an Apple AirTag when riding in the desert, in the event of an accident. My two riding buddies got notices that an unsubscribed AirTag was nearby and they thought my wife is tracking us! It even showed the route we had taken.

I know that one. My oldest daughter was like that. We had to be explicit with everything. If we told her to be home at a certain time from a date or something she'd be home but sitting out front in the car with the date. She had to be told that being home meant being in the house alone. Every little detail had to be fully explained or she'd find some way around it.
For example: She pulled one with her car so we took her license and grounded her . What did she do? Went to DMV and got a new license. Ah, kids.

She's going to be happily married to a stereotypically unhappy man someday.

I know this is the humor thread, but they actually did figure out how the pyramids were built in recent years and it got little media attention. A guy took hi-res photos of the great pyramid and used photo enhancement to mark out the dimensions of each course of blocks. With the heightened contrast, obvious locations of small plinth blocks were shown throughout. They used scaffolds and hoists, then filled in the slots where the booms would have previously been. There are a myriad of primitive levers, pulleys, block-and-tackle, and cranes that could have been used in those slots to lift blocks.

So what you are saying, “it wasn’t aliens”!!

Hi Joshlee0518 (please let me know if you are fine being addressed like that),

Thought I would drop you a PM. It is super exciting to plan a hunt and we are more than happy to assist you. Have you given any thought yet to which species you would like to take?

What do you hunt usually and which weapons/calibers are you using?

Look forward to swapping experiences and ideas.

Happy hunting - Daniel
