I guess I am not following your post completely. Are you looking to buy it and want investors?
Photos of the land and improvements might help your chances. When you say "title is looking good", what does that mean. In Zim right now is any title good?
If this is raw land you may want to do some more checking around. When I was asking about raw land prices in Zim earlier this year, there were better deals out there. One, if I remember correct was 8,000 acres with an asking price of $50,000 USD. This property still had some game on it and if the bore holes are fixed would probably attract more.
If you are looking to buy, you might want to contact some of the Zimbabwe PH's. They will have a pretty decent feel as to what the true market value is. If you are looking for a hunting property/game farm, you might just find a working partner. If I was looking to buy in Zimbabwe I would spend 2-4 weeks driving around the country after making a number of appointments prior to the trip. Zim could be close to the bottom of the market, then again....... I would want to see some positive improvements before putting my money there. Be very careful. Property Rights has a whole different meaning in Zimbabwe. Caveat Emptor.
All the best.
