Hey man. Nice sack....

I have a huge box of 1930s flour sacks out in the garage from my late wife's grandparents homestead in SK. To keep the flour from leaking these were made of very tight weave small thread cotton. Some of the softest material I've ever touched. I understand prairie moms during the hard times of Dirty Thirties made underwear for family members from the cloth. Girls even wore flour sack dresses to school.

Somehow I doubt those moms made underwear from burlap potato sacks. Instant jock itch! :D

Love vintage art/stuff. I have OLD wooden apple boxes. That is the kind of stuff you obtain as a Scout Master--there are no Scout Master badges or rank, so what you do is have really old stuff no one else can find and that is the status symbol. These bags would do nicely....

I had no idea there would be a market for such a thing but hell that Idaho Spud sack is cool & if you were local I’d be keen.

I remember my Dad saying get to peeling those Idaho’s !

Back then I didn’t realise Idaho was the Potato State.

Strangely I was after some African Coffee Bean sacks a while back.

Looks like they still make clothes out of them, Rewanda jacket be cool if they made them big enough ?
