Swiss 96/11 that was converted to a 22lr single shot. Rifle was made in 1899 and privatized in 1936. Once a rifle was privately owned by a soldier there was a company in Switzerland the offered conversions to 22lr, for sporting or competition use. The company that did the conversion stamped their logo on the right side of the receiver "H.Luthy Neuchâtel" which was a company that also worked on the Swiss military revolvers. I believe these conversions were offered from the 30s to the mid 50s. Ive shot this rifle with CCI standard velocity ammo. While it does fire, about half the rounds required a 2nd strike. The extractor also does not engage the rim so it needs to me manually extracted, at least with this ammo. I dont know enough about these conversions to troubleshoot it myself. That being said its a fantastic rifle and shoots well but I have a few others on my list that I'm after right now.

Rifles im after in somewhat order of preference:

Swedish M38
K98k-matching/non-matching is fine as long as the price is in line, would consider RC's as well.
Savage made Enfield
M1 Carbine
Lithgow made Enfield
Swedish M96
Finn M39
Mosin PU sniper
Excellent condition Long Branch made Enfield
Repro 1903 or K98 snipers
Also in need of a complete stock for a 1903A3

To make this simple for both parties....if you have a trade, please PM with what you have, pics if you have them, and whether you're looking for a straight across trade or if one of us is kicking in cash and how much. This will save both of us some time. Please don't ask me to place a value on your gun, you probably won't like it :)

I have more pics if needed but its also -10 out right now so proper pics will have to wait, these should suffice:

I have a like new VC .450 I might part with. I had it built in 2013 and it has served me well. Also have a VC fitted leather trunk case for it along with the plastic case it came with. I'll take 14000 for all of it.

Hi Jody,
I have been looking for ideas on the best way to display my European mounts from Africa. I came across some of your shield work and was wondering if you would be willing to make one for me? If so, please let me know the cost. I like the shield with the two spears that you built for a member years ago. Thanks.
