It was excellent. I cooked the back straps and tenderloin on the BBQ and had the rest made into a breakfast sausage. I now wish that I had shot an extra cull just for meat.

Nice ram, sounds like your guide knew right where to look. Use to be able to hunt some feral cows outside Parker Ranch, they were pretty wild and would charge you in tight jungle type flora. Molokai and Lanai offer very good deer hunting as well. Few people know it but there are deer on O'ahu, Cooke family imported them 100 years ago. Can be found above Wahiawa deep in the watershed lands.
