We have enjoyed a great first split of duck season this year, although has been warm. The season closed Sunday for 12 days and it is finally getting cold down here. We will have our first freeze tonight (maybe) and hopefully this front pushes down some new birds. My lab has really worked well this year. She will be 4 in January.

The waterfowl hunting must be good down there. You are probably right on their flight path, coming from the North.
