Traveling with rifles to Namibia

Morning,

I'm planning on traveling to Namibia mid-october and we're scrambling through the process of getting airfare etc. This was a pivot from our original plan of hunting in SA. In working with our travel agent there are two choices for flying either Ethiopian airlines or Qatar. Both flights I think was through Doha.

Has anyone had any experience transporting their rifles on either airlines and into Namibia? Is it a pain to a point I should just use the PHs?

Give the fine folks at @TRAVEL EXPRESS a call about the firearms. My understanding is that the Eastern countries airlines play nice with rifles as long as you follow their rules. Applying for permits ahead of time is part of it. As long as that is done everything usually goes well.
