Hello all.
This is in response to several questions I’ve had today regarding the weather last night. A tornado formed just over Vance Air Force base last night and slowly moved east/northeast about 6 miles on the south and east side of Enid. One housing addition was particularly hard hit but thanks to the warnings not a single person was injured enough to require hospitalization. When the tornado finally fizzled out it was less than 1/2 mile from Champlin firearms. If it was continued on the path it was taking it would have arrived at my place in about 8 miles.
This picture is highway 81 south of Enid. Vance AFB on the right and the housing addition on the left. Thanks and prayers going out to the people who had losses but grateful it wasn’t worse. I was wondering if it was going to be raining double guns and exotic rifles.
