so a zoo up the road had this tiger die of natural causes. They brought it to us to have rugged. Here is the final product.
It is a little over ten feet from the nose to tip of the tail. It weighed 600lbs even after being sick with cancer.

Not everyday you get to work on one of them!

anyone know about how old it was?

state of the art.

Very cool! Thanks for sharing!

Anybody else remember reading a news report about a guy creeping around a zoo with a high powered rifle a few months back????

Looks great bud.

Did you get to do the skull also or did they just bring you the hide?

It looks really good ! To bad they didn't spring for a full body mount!

Yes I did a Euro on the skull.

Not very many tiger rugs out there.

I bet that magician in Vegas has one after it attacked him!

Awesome, didn't realize they had blue eyes. Forrest

Great job Gizmo! One of a kind. I am a cat rug fan because it really shows off the patterns well. Rugs for the wall are my plan for my small Africa cats on my Sunset to Sunrise hunt.

Have a good turkey season Gizmo.

Unusual to say the least. Thanks for sharing. I didn't realize that you were a Taxidermist. What other tricks do you have up your sleeve?

That's really cool Gizmo.

I love cat rugs. If I ever do a lioness it would be rug instead of full mount.

Didn't you also do one for your friends Siegfried & Roy?!?!? LOL

Hi PaulB,
I have a Ballard Arms Model 1885 chambered for .333 Jeffery Flanged. Do you have any idea where I can get ammo for this?

I am new to this forum so I am sorry if I am doing something wrong!
Thank You!
