I’m Ian Bartlett, a former licensed professional crocodile hunter from Malawi where I spent ten years dealing with real man-eaters on the Shire River. Most of my work was problem-animal control—raw, unpredictable, and very real. Those encounters shaped my instincts, my respect for dangerous game, and my understanding of the people who live alongside it every day.
