Thanks for sharing. I have never done a mountain hunt, but I’m seriously considering an ibex.

I’m just trying to learn as much as I can now. Not sure if I should start with Mongolia or another less demanding hunt, or just get ready and start with the tough stuff.

No problem. Happy to try and answer any questions you may have. The outfitters over there know we aren't generally acclimated to that altitude, and they work with you to get you an opportunity on your ibex. I definitely would recommend getting comfortable at taking shots out to 600 yards if you aren't already. You may get an opportunity at a closer shot, but the terrain generally lends itself to longer shots as it so open.
